ForFit sets the user challenges and has penalties for when they don't complete them

Rumble City
For: iOS, Android
The developer of Rumble City, Avalanche Studios, describe the game as ‘biker chess’. Unlike many mobile games like clash of clans, an open game world is replaced by a game board, and destruction represented by cartoon brawling by a cast of rugged bikers and street thugs.
Free to play, but there are lots of in-app purchasing options to keep your experience fresh.

ForFit
For: iOS
Yes, it’s another health app but ForFit manages to differentiate itself from the herd by turning your personal improvement into a game with actual forfeits if you don’t meet your targets.
The app sets challenges that must be completed by the user or they face a penalty form of a $4 charitable donation for a degrading Facebook status post admitting defeat or even a video clip via the app’s live Web feed. Notifications can be staved off, however, with an additional $4 donation.

Cardboard
For: Android
We don’t have a Daqri smart helmet or an Oculus Rift to play with, so in the meantime why not make use of Google’s ingenious Cardboard alternative?
You’ll needa viewer to make it work, which you can buy at https://www.google.com/get/cardboard/.
