SolarWinds announces its “first formal” channel partner programme
IT management software provider SolarWinds has cut the ribbon on Transform, its first formal channel partner programme, which has been designed to drive growth for partners.
The new initiative aims to help transform the way the firm collaborates with technology distributors, VARs, global systems integrators, managed service providers (MSPs), as well as cloud partners around the world.
Partners will have access to SolarWinds’ AI-powered observability solutions for modern, distributed, hybrid, and multi-cloud network environments, through software-as-a-service (SaaS) and cloud-connected, on-premises deployments.
In an announcement, SolarWinds said the programme will provide strong profit potential and growth opportunities, alongside resources such as incentives, rebates, training programmes, and more.
“We are building further on our monitoring leadership and are now evolving our business to deliver the best solutions in full-stack observability, service management and database monitoring,” said Sudhakar Ramakrishna, president and CEO at SolarWinds.
“Our exciting portfolio and value proposition enable us – and our partners – to help accelerate our customers’ business transformation wherever they may in their cloud journey.”
With more than 300,000 customers and more than 2,000 partners, SolarWinds has grown to become one of the world’s leading providers of IT and network management software.
The company says its Secure by Design initiative has been critical to the development of its platform.
SolarWinds said it unifies observability and services management to provide AI-powered solutions for IT Ops, DevOps, CloudOps, and SecOps teams.
Back in June, SolarWinds unveiled its new Next Generation Build System, a refresh of its software build process and a key cog within this secure by design framework.
The company has now launched its Hybrid Cloud Observability offering – the first based on its ‘Secure by Design’ principles – which is designed to increase performance and reduce remediation time across on-premises and multi-cloud environments
The Transform initiative also adds a new partner category which the firm said will help support MSPs with an engagement mode that ranges from global scale to regional providers.
This means MSPs can now offer SolarWinds’ Hybrid Cloud Observability with flexible licensing and pricing models to help provide customers with the necessary flexibility and scale they require.
