New dimension: Panasonic’s HDC-SDT750 brings 3D creativity to your fingertips
Panasonic has unveiled what it describes as a professional 3D broadcast camera for home-movie enthusiasts who want to make shows for viewing on 3D-compatible TVs.
The HDC-SDT750 is a 3MOS camcorder that needs the attachment of 3D converter lens (included) to record three-dimensional images. The camcorder can also be used to create conventional 2D images.
Panasonic says the 3MOS system offers noise reduction to record dimly lit images with greater clarity.
Other features include 1080/50p recording for smoother images, full manual control for creative shooting, and optical image stabilising technology for improved image quality to telephoto shots.
