IT consultancy principal33 enters Irish market
European IT consultancy principal33 has recently launched its Irish operations in response to surging demand from existing enterprise clients. With 32 people already working on major projects, and plans to grow to 50 by the end of the year, prinicpal33 is expanding its footprint across Ireland. This expansion reflects a strategic shift from remote service delivery to a firmly embedded presence within the Irish tech ecosystem and is projected to generate annual revenues of €4 million to €5 million in Ireland alone.
Founded in 2018, principal33 has offices in Romania, Spain, and Germany and employs more than 250 IT specialists across the continent, providing end-to-end digital transformation services for enterprise clients.
The company aims to become the go-to IT consultancy for multinationals operating in and through Ireland, particularly those in regulated sectors like utilities, life sciences, finance, and transport. Its current clients in Ireland span sectors including finance, pharmaceuticals and aviation.
Ignacio Santiago, CEO, principal33 said: “We are genuinely excited and confident that what is unfolding in Ireland is not only aligned with our expectations, but a clear confirmation that our strategy is the right one. The positive progress we’re seeing, both from our existing clients and those we’re currently engaging with, reinforces our belief in the significant growth potential ahead.”
Paul Keegan, chief sales officer and head of operations in Ireland (pictured), said: “Our expansion into Ireland reflects both a strong demand from existing clients and our commitment to long-term growth in this market. With our Ireland team, supported by our nearshore delivery centres in Spain, we offer an unmatched combination of quality, cost-efficiency, and speed.”
