Sales director at Provident CRM, Gary Cullen has attributed the success “due to the overwhelming interest in SugarCRM and the drive for our customers to realise cost saving, while improving efficiency and customer service, we have again achieved large growth in new customer wins already this year.”

Cullen believes that a healthy relationship is essential to success he continued by stating that, “we have a fantastic relationship with the tram in SugarCRM, and being one of their first European partners we have evolved with their business.
