Jinny Software’s ISO landmark

Jinny Software, a supplier of messaging and media solutions to mobile network operators, says the company’s management systems have been certified for the ISO 9001:2008 standard as part of its overall strategic plan for implementing best business practices and procedures.

The ISO 9001:2008 standard, which lays down the requirements for quality management systems, is now firmly established as the globally implemented standard for providing assurance about the ability to satisfy quality requirements and to enhance customer satisfaction in supplier-customer relationships.

Jinny Software CEO Max Wilkie notes: “The process of obtaining this certification has focused our company on clearly defining internal policies and procedures and on improving the overall effectiveness of the organisation. The ultimate goal is providing the highest quality messaging, call and media, and mobile advertising solutions to our customers.”

The International Organisation for Standards has a network of standards institutes from 163 countries.
