A group of Business Information Systems students from University College Cork recently presented an innovative mobile CRM system at the annual BIS Innovative Software Showcase at the university.
The BeMobile system is designed to provide innovative mobile solutions for use by field-based sales agents and technicians. The mobile customer relationship management system uses emerging technologies such as web mapping and GPS to extend the capabilities of mobile CRM and create an intelligent location-aware system.
