Nokia’s IP350 IP Application Platform is a routing and networking device for making Internet applications available or for high performance secure Internet access.
New cards or additional memory can be installed easily and quickly without having to remove the unit from its rack.
The IP350 is optimised for Check Point VPN-1 Firewall NG and RealSecure for Nokia. The IP350 reaches 400 Mbit/s of secured firewall throughput with high-speed, small-packet performance designed to efficiently support real world mixed traffic situations.
Operating as a VPN platform, the IP350 encrypts a 3DES VPN at 60Mbit/s out of the box with on-board encryption acceleration. Its connectivity options include four integrated and fully routable Ethernet ports or two option slots that can be populated with WAN cards, allowing for both main and back-up connections.
