Custom House builds up security with Dell firewall

Independent fund administrator Custom House Global Fund Services has awarded a major security infrastructure contract to Dell. Custom House is employing managed firewall services to secure their perimeter and improve the reliability of the services they supply to their clients. Dell will also manage the new security framework.

Liam Halpin, general manager at Dell Ireland, said: "Dell has an excellent reputation when it comes to protecting firms from cyber threats… The safety of stored data is a priority for Custom House, and Dell will work with Custom House to manage their security framework."

Richard Hart, Custom House said: "As a trusted independent fund administrator, we take our cyber safety seriously. We researched and talked to several providers but Dell’s offering stood out from the rest.
"We are already Dell customers in several areas and being very happy with those services we were pleased to give the contract to Dell who have a proven track record in security infrastructure deployment."
