SmartNote is a software product that integrates fully into Microsoft’s Outlook email program. It allows office staff to dispatch information directly to people’s mobile phones in the same way that they would send an email, meaning that employees need never miss an important call again just because they’re away from their desk. Any communication sent is automatically recorded in Outlook’s Sent Item folder so that if the receiver accidentally deletes the message from their phone, the message will still be stored. The application also stores caller numbers for future consultation.
