Swrve to create 100 jobs in Dublin

Dublin-based mobile gaming firm Swrve is to create 100 jobs in the capital after a successful investment round securing funding of $6 million.

The funding, from Atlantic Bridge Partners and Intel, will be used to create 100 research and development jobs at the company’s Dublin office.

Swrve develops analytics technology that helps developers of mobile software and games to test, track and interact with users.

It analyses data on behalf of mobile gaming firms which have over 5 million active users with clients including Activision, SkyParlour Studios and Roadhouse Interactive.

Swrve is co-founded by Steven Collins’ and Hugh Reynolds’ previous company, Havok, develops physics-modelling ‘middleware’ for the games and entertainment industry.
