Cora Systems, a leading provider of enterprise portfolio, program and project management (PPM) solutions, has announced a joint partnership agreement with Irish Rail to use the Cora platform as its project portfolio management solution.

Irish Rail is a Dublin-headquartered company, which provides intercity, regional, commuter and freight rail services in Ireland as well as operating Rosslare Europort. It selected Cora ahead of several other shortlisted suppliers because of the configurability of the Cora platform and its depth of experience in implementing solutions in the portfolio and project management sector.

Mick McMahon, CIO, Irish Rail, said: “We’re delighted to partner with Cora. It’s important to us that they are Irish. We share a similar vision. They really stand out with the flexibility and configurability of their solution. They’ve shown a great ability to understand our needs. We’re looking for a single source of truth for project data. Quick status views across all our projects – from scheduling to financials. Cora will provide that capability for us.”

The culture fit between the two companies reflects the positive direction both organisations are going in.”

Cora Systems has been going through hyper-growth in the last numbers of years with 228% ARR growth in the last twelve months alone.
