FizGig to make young people animated about gaming

20 May 2011

A new series of summer camps is set to tap young people’s interest in gaming and animation by demonstrating the tools at work in their favourite movies and games, and showcase how the industry operates.

The FizGig camps are designed to capture the imagination of kids that love gaming and computer animation and to use technology to enable them to tap into their unique creative thinking. The focus of the camps is to make learning fun.

The camps, aimed at students from ages 9 to 16, aim to provide an opportunity for children to learn about the software tools, how making animation can be creative and fun, and gaining some insight into how the industry works.
