Ergo acquires Micromail

IT services provider Ergo has acquired software licensing specialist Micromail in a deal that will make Ergo the strongest cloud and licensing solution partner (CSP/LSP) in Ireland. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Cork-based Micromail will continue to trade under its own name, building on Ergo’s scale and diversity to extend and deepen its licensing consultancy and software asset management business across all sectors of the Irish economy. Though primarily a Microsoft house offering volume lLicensing solutions across all Microsoft’s programme models (Enterprise, MPSA, Service Provider and Campus), Micromail also supports multi-vendor licensing solutions including Adobe, VMware, Kaspersky, AutoDesk, and many others.
