With offices in Malahide, the company is focusing on three areas of expertise: systems hardware, professional services and Web-enabled application software.
Already, Trident has signed a number of contracts in the corporate sector and has formed direct partnerships with Compaq, Synstar, Reton and NSP. The company also has, what it calls, ‘indirect agreements’ with Microsoft, Citrix, Oracle and Novell.
Currently, Trident has a staff of eight people, but Flanagan plans to increase the headcount to around 20 employees by the end of next year.
In addition to Flanagan, who is the company’s chief executive, the company’s board of directors includes chairman Declan Mc Carthy and finance director Matt Dunphy.
