TNS Distribution acquires Conexus

TNS Distribution, a PCH International company, has acquired Australian distributor Conexus.

Established in 1991, Conexus is a specialist distributor of consumer and IT products to the retail, reseller, lifestyle and online markets in Australia and the Asia-Pacific region.

John McHugh, co-founder of TNS Distribution, said: “Conexus is in a similar style of business as TNS, and the two entrepreneurs who founded the company, Mark Daley and David Murray, have a wealth of experience. We are delighted to combine the strengths of our two companies to offer our clients an even better global service.”
