Sword Ciboodle, a provider of customer-oriented business software and services, has been contracted by VHI Healthcare to provide a CRM solution to help improve customer services.
VHI processes over 500,000 member claims and 1.36 million doctor’s invoices annually.
Sword has completed phase one of the project, at VHI’s contact centres in Kilkenny and Donegal. This provides staff with more detailed information about its members’ information, thus streamlining enquiries.
Other key elements handled by Sword Ciboodle include member payments and contact history.
VHI’s Margaret Molony, director of IT, said: “The product has already proven its worth in helping us to deal more effectively with a significant recent increase in the volume of customer enquiries.”
