Propertygate, a business intelligence and analytics platform for property asset managers who require instant transparency over their portfolio, has been selected as the winner of the seventh NDRC LaunchPad Lift Off competition.
A Web-based tool, Propertygate brings together portfolio stakeholders such as financiers, property managers, property owners and tenants, helping to provide visibility and control through structured collaboration. Unlike traditional software solutions Propertygate offers its user’s permission based access to financial performance dashboards, analytics and reporting.
Lift Off marks the culmination of the 12-week LaunchPad programme and Propertygate receives access to a €30,000 investment fund to enable it to accelerate its growth after beating off competition from 13 other LaunchPad graduates.
NDRC provided up to €20,000 investment per project in pre-seed investment to support the founders of each of the 14 participating start-ups.
Director of LaunchPad Gary Leyden said: "I congratulate all graduates of LaunchPad 7 but particularly Propertygate who will now have access to an investment fund that they can use to grow their business. It was also notable the amount of investor interest in the other 13 companies."
LaunchPad was also ranked as the ‘Top IT University Business Incubator for 2013′ by The Global Benchmark Report 2013" produced by the first ever global index for business incubators, San Francisco based UBI Index (www.ubiindex.com). The study examined 150 university business incubators in 22 countries. It measured participating incubators on a unique assessment framework with over 50 performance indicators.
