Pharmaceutical firm Novartis is to establish a new regional business services centre in the Elm Park Business Campus, Dublin, with plans to have the site operational in the fourth quarter of 2013. The centre will consolidate the company’s digital marketing, training and medical writing services.

“We are excited about the new facility and are pleased to continue to invest in Ireland through the creation of high quality jobs,” said Darren Glynn, site head, Dublin Business Solution Centre.

“The Elm Park location proved to be the best fit for Novartis because of the comprehensive services available and the transportation infrastructure.”

Novartis employes 1,200 people across manufacturing and development facilities in Ringaskiddy and Model Farm Road Cork, and its commercial operations base in Clonskeagh, Dublin.
