Irish hosting provider, Novara.ie, has merged with Tornado, which was set up in 1998 to sell high-end dedicated servers. Tornado’s owner, Dermot Duignan, will continue to work with the merged entity.
‘The merger of Tornado with our company presents us with an exciting entrée into the dedicated server market where we will focus on providing high quality service to Irish corporate customers,’ said Eoin Costello, managing director of Novara.ie, adding that the merged dedicated servers business will trade under the name Servers.ie
‘This merger will allow our existing clients to grow their technical infrastructure seamlessly, knowing that the systems and processes are in place at Novara.ie to facilitate this,’ said Dermot Duignan.
