IMS connect has been acquired by Ask4, UK provider of digital infrastructure and smart building technology for multi-tenant building. Financial terms of the deal were not revealed.
Founded in Limerick, IMS connect delivers managed Wi-Fi, voice solutions, smart TV technology, IPTV, casting, digital signage, and energy management, primarily for the hospitality sector. Its clients include Staycity Group, Dalata Hotel Group, EDYN Group, Handpicked Hotels, Frasers Hospitality, and the MHL Collection.

Through the acquisition, ASK4 deepens its technical expertise and sector relationships across its 13 operating markets as the business continues to grow, and consolidates its market leadership in Ireland specifically in long-stay hospitality and serviced accommodation – including hotels, serviced apartments, aparthotels, and co-living buildings.
Following the acquisitions of ClearFibre (UK), mywire (Germany), and Parcel SafePlace (UK) in 2025, the addition of IMS connect further reinforces ASK4’s commitment to delivering industry-leading digital infrastructure solutions and building its position as a comprehensive smart technology partner.
