Convenience store chain Centra has launched a channel on YouTube specifically reporting people’s positive news stories from around Ireland.
From Monday 22 June – Thursday 16 July, Centra Good News Network (CGNN) will broadcast twice weekly for four weeks on Mondays and Thursdays. Presented by Kathy Milliken and Dermot Hickey, bulletins will feature three minutes of entertaining good news stories from around the country.
From Ronaldo’s much-anticipated appearance in Tallaght to a clear demonstration of naked ambition in Kerry and from Ireland’s latest dating craze to Limerick’s most successful dog, Centra Good News Network will be brightening the nation’s mood when it debuts on YouTube today.
Users will be inviting people to send in their good news stories to Centra to goodnews@centra.ie and the show is available at http://www.youtube.com/TheCGNN.
