Physical, virtual and cloud management and automation company Egenera has acquired Irish cloud business management software provider Fort Technologies.
The deal will expand Egenera’s sales footprint, partner network and customer base in EMEA. Fort has been fully integrated into Egenera’s Cloud Products Group and Fort Technologies CEO, Gerry Murray (pictured), will head up Egenera’s EMEA operations.

Fort’s existing Irish customers will now benefit from the enhancements of a combined Fort and Egenera offering, allowing them to manage cloud and physical infrastructures.
