FaxControl enhances the search and retrieve capabilities of Zetafax, enabling the user to search for archived faxes using a wide range of criteria. With FaxControl, departments that typically rely heavily on faxes will be able to locate archived faxes within seconds by simply pointing and clicking on the search criteria required. eady-built reports make it simple for IT administrators to monitor fax traffic. Reports can also be prepared on fax costs.
FaxControl is available in two versions: a standard version for small to medium sized networks and a professional version for medium to large companies. FaxControl assigns viewing rights, ensuring confidential faxes are stored and viewed by authorised users only.
