Iomega’s NAS 200d Series offers a RAID-protected network storage with plug-and-play network connectivity. Installation takes as little as 15 minutes after which you can begin to save all your files and schedule backups.
Ample storage
The NAS 200d comes with up to 750 GB total storage, is powered by a combination of the Windows Storage Server 2003 operating system and an Intel P4 Celeron 2GHz processor. On board is 512MB of DDR RAM memory and and the box connects to an office network via wired Ethernet. The 750 GB model comes with print server for up to five printers.
Easy to use
The Windows software helps create an easy-to-use interface and is designed for better interoperability with storage area networks in mind. The storage device is also compatible with Iomega backup software.
The Iomega NAS 200d series will protect and store data in a variety of environments including Windows, Macintosh and Unix.
The four USB 2.0 connections allow for multiple connections. The device is also atheistically pleasing as it comes in a two tone, black and silver box with small dimensions – 12.4-inch x 18.3-inch x 12-inch in – and weighs 7.9 kg.
