On top of the usual scan, crop and quality settings you can upload documents to the cloud (Evernote, Dropbox, OneDrive or Box) or 10Gb of its own dedicated service, password protected sharing and the ability to export PDF scans as .txt files.
The basic app is free and the premium version costs $49.99 a year.

The Android version retains the same capabilities as its desktop-based forefather. As with any back-end you have access to analytics, the ability to change your website structure and even choose your Web address.
