Dell has released the latest gaming laptop under their Alienware brand, the M17x. The 17″ notebook, made of new anodised aluminium, includes strong graphic capabilities and a high resolution screen.
The M17x has a maximum capacity of 1Tb 7200RPM or 512Gb of solid state storage, up to 8Gb DDR3 1333MHz Memory, with an Intel Core 2 Duo processor. As for its main feature, the graphics, the starting video card is a Single 1Gb GDDR3 NVIDIA GeForce GTX 260M with the option to upgrade to as much as SLI Dual 1Gb GDDR3 NVIDIA GeForce GTX 280M. All of this is visible on the 17″ LCD edge-to-edge screen with the option of upgrading to as much as Wide UXGA 1920×1200 pixel resolution.
Other features include an illuminated keyboard, and the Alienware Command Center software to adjust all of the notebook’s customisable options.
The M17x comes in either black or silver, and the starting price is €1,992.
