Dublin-based healthtech company, Zendra Health is on track to reach €1 million in turnover by 2026 and a significant year-on-year growth of 600% since 2025.

The company’s Navigator platform uses automation and AI to unite clinicians, parents, and teachers for safer, faster, and smarter ADHD assessment and treatment.

With a leadership team that has built digital health solutions for Stanford and Apple, Zendra Health is already rolling Navigator out across the US and UK, as well as expanding the solution to support other neurodevelopmental conditions, such as autism, revolutionising how neurodevelopmental healthcare is delivered worldwide. The company already supports more than 80,000 paying users across public and private healthcare systems.

Founded by Cork-born twin brothers Thomas and David Coleman, Zendra Health is transforming neurodevelopmental care in Ireland and beyond through software-as-a-medical-device. The digital solution is built on the validated ADMiRE protocol developed by Dr Jane McGrath, Associate Professor at Trinity College Dublin and HSE Consultant Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist.

Navigator was co-designed by Zendra Health, with experts from the HSE ADMiRE ADHD specialist team, Trinity College Dublin, as well as parents, teachers, and young people with neurodevelopmental conditions.

ADHD affects 1 in 20 Irish children and can lead to severe long-term outcomes like depression and addiction if left untreated. Despite effective treatments and international guidelines, many patients face poor care due to a lack of standardised clinical assessment protocols. To solve this, Ireland’s first specialist ADHD service, ADMiRE, developed an award-winning, evidence-based protocol that was proven to reduce risk. However, the protocol was lacking in efficiency making it difficult to retrieve solid data from parents and teachers. Enter, Zendra’s Navigator platform. By digitising the ADMiRE protocol, Navigator streamlines the entire ADHD journey from assessment through to treatment and discharge. Connecting clinicians, families, and schools, the platform actively reduces waiting times and eases the burden on patients, parents, and clinicians alike.

Building on this momentum, Zendra Health secured a contract with the NHS in the UK. Simultaneously, the company’s Navigator platform is now operational in the United States, within two Autism Centres of Excellence, marking a significant milestone in the company’s international growth strategy and highlighting global demand for its digital solution in mental health and neurodevelopmental care.

CEO and co-founder of Zendra Health Thomas Coleman, said: “At Zendra, our goal is to build software that goes beyond standard assessment into intelligent medication optimisation. Essentially, we’re creating a platform designed to make mental health medication management more efficient, safer, more accessible and more accurate.

“We are already seeing strong evidence-based outcomes from Navigator, with the potential to significantly improve the diagnostic and treatment journey for both children and adults with ADHD. Looking ahead, the real strength of the platform lies in its scalability and versatility. Navigator is a world-first medical-grade neurodevelopmental platform that is already being expanded into other conditions, including autism, with the potential to transform how mental health care is delivered globally.”
