Letsko, co-founder, The Joy of Cha, said: "We can’t wait to get working with eircom and its expert team, we are especially looking forward to the development of our website. Our shop is quite small which means we can only display a fraction of the products we sell. We know with a meaningful online presence we can drive online sales and also encourage customers to visit the shop. We have a website and social media channels set up but we aren’t using them. We want to be able to promote ourselves and also to interact with new and existing customers online but we’re lacking the skills to bring everything together into a strong digital strategy."
Gary Disley, marketing director, eircom Business and member of the Digital Boost Expert Panel said: "The Joy of Cha is a small business with genuinely big potential… The panel was really excited by the obvious entrepreneurial flair the Joy of Cha team have and an integrated e-Commerce platform coupled with a strong digital marketing strategy will really enhance their business. Our expert panel has strong digital and marketing experience which will really help to boost The Joy of Cha’s online presence."
