Third scalp: Zinopy CEO John Ryan

IT security specialist Zinopy has acquired the software, solutions and support services of Visusoft Ltd, trading as Datasoft. It is Zinopy’s third acquisition since its launch last September.

Zinopy says Datasoft’s accounting and workflow software product, DataPOS, is a valuable addition to its product range, being designed to meet the needs of single site-single user organisations and larger multi-company, multi-site and multi-user operations.

Zinopy says the acquisition signals the firm’s commitment to keep in-house software development standards high.

CEO John Ryan said the addition of the Datasoft product would enable Zinopy to offer a broader product range to meet Ireland’s evolving business needs.
