The company adopts a three-prong IT-as-a-service strategy based on innovative technology, customer care and customer value-adds.
In 2014 Trilogy embarked on a Lean initiative, a customer-focused review of its operations, taking in direct feedback and finding ways to introduce ‘right first time’ solutions.
Trilogy’s clients include PepsiCo, RDS, GAA, The Law Society, Yamaha and the HSE.
