UK audiovisual distributor Steljes Ltd has gone into administration after almost 30 years in business.
Steljes specialises in interactive whiteboards and flat panel projectors for the corporate and educational markets. According to The Register a combination of challenging trading conditions and the decision of its largest vendor, Smart, to end an exclusive distribution deal in April.
Speaking with TechCentral.ie, Steljes Ireland managing director Conor McGrogan (pictured) said the Irish office would not be affected and that it was “very much business as usual”.
Steljes opened its Irish office in 2007, which became a separate company in 2012 to reflect an expanded product and service portfolio. It is based on Rathcoole, Co Dublin.
