PFH Technology Group to be acquired by Ricoh

Significant acquisition sees imaging giant substantially grow footprint in Ireland

Ricoh has announced its acquisition of IT infrastructure, cloud and managed workplace services PFH Technology Group (PFH). Financial terms have not been revealed.

Following completion of the deal, PFH will continue to operate as a separate entity. Chairman and founder Paul Hourican (pictured) will remain in an advisory capacity.

Founded in 1985, PFH is a leading integrated digital infrastructure and managed services company in Ireland. Headquartered in Cork, PFH also has offices in Dublin and Galway. It employs more than 750 and supports more than 1,000 customers. It also has accreditation with partners such as AWS, Citrix, Commvault, Dell, Hewlett-Packard Enterprise, HP, Lenovo, Microsoft, Pure Storage and VMware.
