Novell Ireland has appointed DSS as its first Business Expert Partner. This is one of the highest levels of accreditation within the Novell PartnerNet 2002 Programme.
Under this new initiative, DSS will receive additional technical and sales training, advance views of Novell’s latest product releases and technologies as well as preferential support and backup.
DSS has previously implemented Novell systems for many organisations in Ireland such as RTE and South Dublin County Council.
Novell’s Kevin McAteer pointed out that it was important that DSS had experience in products from other suppliers, to be able to implement Novell technology in mixed IT environments.
