Advertisers can create an institutional profile and post unlimited jobs, as well as manage applications and feedback through an associated content management system.
The main target audience for the site is graduates searching for MSc or PhD studentships from multiple disciplines, as well as post-doctoral fellowships, lectureships and other academic appointments.

The company’s market research into online recruitment trends in Ireland began in late 2007 and has research has culminated in the development of a “strategic online presence”, comprising over 20 industry-specific websites and a Web 2.0 footprint made up of a number of blogs, combined with a presence on Facebook, Twitter and other social media resources.
The company is now in final stage development of a similar UK portfolio with a view to the setting up of a UK office in the summer of 2011.
