Data centre service provider Interxion has signed a deal with library management software company Innovative Interfaces that will see it support the California-based company’s European expansion.

Tanya Duncan, MD of Interxion Ireland, said: “It is very encouraging for the Irish technology sector when US-based companies like Innovative Interfaces decide to base their European IT operation in Ireland. This decision is based on the availability of the necessary skills, top class data centres and the required connectivity. We are looking forward to assisting Innovative Interfaces in their European expansion.”

Grant McDougall, business manager at Innovative Interfaces, added: “Our expansion into Europe required a data centre service provider that could deliver across Europe. Interxion’s Pan European footprint and carrier-neutrality made them the natural choice which combined with their expertise and support has made our entrance a seamless one.”

Innovative Interfaces will deliver support, development and hosting solutions for the EMEA market from its Dublin office.
