IBM proves commitment to cyber resilience by achieving critical third party provider under DORA status

IBM was recently designated by the European Banking Authority, European Insurance and Occupational Pensions Authority, and the European Securities and Markets Authority as a critical ICT third party provider under the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA).

This designation underline’s IBM’s longstanding experience in operational resilience and regulatory compliance.

The issue of cyber resiliency will be explored in a TechFire webinar on 9 December at 10am, where a panel will aswer the burning question, Beyond Backups: What next for cyber resiliency.

Joining TechCentral.ie editor Niall Kitson will be Bill Unsworth, director of cloud for UK & Ireland at IBM will be joined by Declan Hussey, CEO of DNA IT Solutions; and Robert Kelly, founder of Heart Rhythm International to explore the difference between high availability, disaster recovery, and cyber resiliency.
