Lahinch-based HR software developer, HRLocker is to hire 50 new staff over the next two years.  The announcement comes on the heels of a recent €2 million fundraise and is integral to its ambitious growth plans.

The recruitment drive will see the digital HRIS platform provider more than double its existing 50-strong team as it fills roles across all operations, including product development, sales, and marketing. The increased workforce will drive the company toward its goals of breaking ground in new international markets, expanding the product offering, and growing the core customer base in Ireland and the UK.

HRLocker’s platform is designed for SMEs and manages the entire employee lifecycle. Automating many administrative tasks such as payroll reporting and is the fully GDPR-compliant.

“As flexible, remote and hybrid working becomes the norm, technologies that enhance employee experience and maximise engagement are in greater demand,” said CEO Adam Coleman.

“Organisations want their HR people focused on higher, more business-critical activities that align with company-wide strategies and promote diversity, inclusion and belonging, not spending their time on form-filling and data entry. The expansion of our team means we can continue to deliver these tailored solutions so businesses can manage and engage their people at scale, regardless of location.”
