Grey Horse Apps releases charity app

Horse lovers can now purchase the Save a Horse mobile application for iPhone, launched in support of the Irish Horse Welfare Trust (IHWT).

The app contains 17 topics, including videos, volunteering opportunities and fundraising; as well as useful information for horse owners, from nutrition tips to dental care.

The application has been developed by Grey Horse Apps (www.greyhorseapps.com) in support of the work IHWT does in rescuing, rehabilitating and rehoming neglected horses in Ireland. Grey Horse Apps was set up in 2010 and has developed equestrian apps for iPhone, iPad and Android.

Established in 1999, IHWT is involved in the rescuing, rehabilitating and re-homing of horses and ponies.

The mobile app costs €3.99 and can downloaded from the iTunes App Store. You can also donate directly to the IHWT at www.ihwt.ie.
