Goldfish.ie has launched a VoIP telephone service that includes all calls to Irish and UK landlines, a pre-programmed phone and full CRM integration.

Cloud Call gives SMEs the benefits of an enterprise class phone system managed in the cloud for €19.50 per month.

To set up, customers tell Goldfish.ie how many people they’d like to connect to the service and phones for each user are sent out pre-programmed. Cloud Call also includes call recording, and call director menu.

Gordon O’Neill, founder of Goldfish.ie said: “Cloud Call is Goldfish.ie’s premium managed VoIP telecommunications service. Simply put, Cloud Call is perfect for businesses who want to experience the benefits of an Internet telephone service but don’t want the hassle of setting up and maintaining the system themselves. It is a fully PBX where you get all the benefits of an enterprise class phone system without the costs or risks associated with an on-site exchange. We manage everything in the cloud, so you don’t have to. We look after security and feature upgrades seamlessly without any interruption to your service.”

Goldfish.ie’s clients include app developer Feed Henry; IDG Direct; the Nexus Innovation Centre, at the University of Limerick; the Digital Marketing Institute; and construction firm John Sisk & Son.
