Nigeria’s Gateway Business is to use Cork-based Azotel Technologies’ SIMPLer Operations Support System (OSS) solution for its AirLink and MetroLink broadband services.

The deal follows Gateway’s rollout of its AirLink and MetroLink wireless broadband services, which it will use to deliver high-speed connections across Nigeria..

Gateway is building a 10.5GHz countrywide, point to multi-point wireless network in every major Nigerian city. Up to 8Mb wireless broadband access services are being rolled out across 10 Nigerian states this year, with 26 more in 2011.
