Fleet Connect has won a ‘business pitching’ battle to win a Fingal Enterprise Award enterprise award. Set up in 2008 by Patrick Cotter, the company provides passenger Wi-Fi services for transport companies including Bus Eireann, Irish Rail, Translink, Aircoach and Go Bus.

The Blanchardstown-based company had to ‘pitch’ its enterprises and present business plans to a judging panel of Bobby Kerr from Insomnia, Ben Dunne from Ben Dunne Fitness Centres and 11890’s Nicola Byrne.

Oisin Geoghegan, CEO of Fingal County Enterprise Board, said: "Fleet Connect is an ideal role models for Ireland’s enterprising culture and will now represent the County at the National Enterprise Awards in November.
