Last April, the first TechBeat working from home survey established a baseline on the remote and home working experience for Irish IT professionals in challenging times.
Now TechBeat, in association with eir, is going home again to see how things have moved on.
It was more than six months ago when our report showed that avoiding distractions, lack of a suitable workspace and co-worker availability were the most common challenges with home working.
Overall, Irish IT pros and technology industry workers were dealing well with remote working in the short term but as jobs move off-site for good it’s possible the novelty is wearing off.
