SoftCo has announced the creation of up to 50 new positions primarily in its R&D, sales and cloud services divisions which will bring the total employee numbers to 120 over the next 12 months. The new additions will bring the copmany’s overall headcount to 120 across its offices in Cork, Helsinki and Dublin.
The expansion reflects strong international demand for its Business Process Automation solutions and the successful rollout of its ‘revolutionary’ health insurance Claims Management Solution, SoftCo eClaims. SoftCo also secured a number of new Healthcare deals including Alliance Medical, Beacon Hospital, Whitfield Clinic and Providence Hospital in Columbia, South Carolina.
Established in 1990, SoftCo delivers purchase-to-pay solutions for 500,000 users worldwide. Its clients include Volkswagen, the Musgrave Group, Sunny Delight, and the Finnish Government.
SoftCo has also achieved significant success in the Healthcare market with customers globally including Iowa Health Systems, VHI Healthcare, St Vincent’s Private Hospital and St Peter’s University Hospital in New Jersey.
The company has also deployed its SoftCo eClaims solution in the Irish Healthcare market. SoftCo eClaims is the only claims management solution in Ireland that successfully automates the processing of hospital health insurance claims in full compliance with the new eClaims standard defined by the major Healthcare Insurers (VHI, laya & Aviva), known as the Multi Insurer Group (MIG).
