Sage partner merger creates Envisage Cloud

The merger of two significant Sage business partners has created Ireland’s largest in Envisage Cloud.

Advent Processing Solutions and ADP Business Solutions have merged to form a combined company with more €2 million in sales and a team of 20 people. Envisage has its headquarters in Dublin, and is now Ireland’s largest Sage Business Partner.

“The merger represents a significant increase in the scale and breadth of our business,” said Peter Bergin, managing director, Envisage Cloud. “It is an important step in our ambition to offer our customers complete, scalable and flexible solutions.  We previously had very similar business models serving complementary market segments.

“Now with technical expertise to offer customers the option of cloud software with Sage 200 Online, businesses can gain online access to critical information securely from anywhere. Customers who prefer to have their software installed on their own premises can choose Sage 200 On Premise, which also comes with a subscription payment option”.

Envisage Cloud provides products and services to match clients’ specific requirements. With the largest Sage ERP team in the country, the company integrates and customises the software ensuring that clients get the very best solution for their needs. Envisage Cloud also has the largest Sage development team in Ireland which allows them specialise in both Sage and stand-alone software development projects.

The company also develops custom software to reflect customer/industry specific needs such as Easydd, a direct debits module and Connections a middleware application that connects EPoS software to Sage 50/200 for retail franchise organisations. It also provides complementary software solutions to satisfy requirements such as e-commerce integration, electronic document storage, advanced credit control and school fee billing.
