NOXS takes Risc

Unit 4 Agresso, parent company of NOXS Security, has acquired Paris-based security distributor Risc Technology for €15m.

The acquisition is part of a bid by NOXS to become Europe’s largest specialist security distributor. It will immediately increase Unit 4 Agresso’s security revenues by €60m to €150m.

Risc employs 130 staff and has operations in France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Italy and the UK. The UK operation has only been running for a year, but the acquisition will mark NOXS first official presence in the UK.
