Network Box Corporation has appointed the Cork-based computer support business, Eirteic Consulting, to deliver its Internet security services across the Republic of Ireland.
Network Box says it has enjoyed significant demand for its integrated Internet threat protection appliances, which are supported by 24/7 managed services, since it was launched in the UK in February. The products are designed for SMEs.
Simon Heron, operations director for Network Box, says the growth of the company has mirrored the take up of broadband Internet services. Eirteic Consulting managing director, Patrick Buttimer says companies don’t want to be distracted from the core business by problems in securing their systems. ‘The Network Box is the ideal solution; the remotely managed service backed up by local expertise and service provides them with a premier service at an affordable cost.’
