Knowledge Summit Dublin, an immersive gathering of thought leaders in AI, knowledge management, and learning, returns to Dublin this June for its third year.

The 2026 agenda brings together 30+ global thought leaders and practitioners for what organisers describe as the Summit’s strongest line-up to date.

“In an age where AI is reshaping how organisations think, the more powerful our machines become, the more valuable human connection, judgement, and context truly are,” Barry Byrne, conference director, said.

Knowledge Summit Dublin’s 2026 agenda is built around a clear paradox: as machines grow more powerful, human connection, judgement, and context become more valuable.

In that environment, the event is not simply about content repositories. It is about sense-making, trust, shared understanding, and the relationships that allow knowledge to move where it is needed.

Knowledge Summit is designed to prioritise how people gather, not only what they hear. The Summit takes a deliberately “flipped” approach that aims to nurture every voice and create meaningful connections.

Practitioners can expect peer-led formats and shared experiences intended to turn ideas into insight through conversation.

Keynotes and featured speakers

  • Sean Lally – founder of The Lean Learning Professional and European SharePoint Conference 2025 Best Speaker award-winner; Lally will open Knowledge Summit with a practical session on how to learn from a conference, helping practitioners capture insights, reduce overwhelm, and leave with an action plan,
  • Angelika Sharygina, United Nations and TEDx speaker, recognised as one of the “130 Women Who Change the World” (2023) and 30 Under 30 Ireland; Sharygina will tackle disinformation, deepfakes, and AI ethics, equipping leaders to respond with clarity and public-good intent,
  • Alette Hunt (PhD), director of Digital Innovation & AI Development at Novartis, connecting biotech, digital health, and AI with a focus on what it takes to move from promising technology to real-world impact,
  • Gianni Giacomelli (MIT, CCI), head of design innovation at MIT’s Centre for Collective Intelligence, applies design thinking to build “superminds,” systems where people and AI think together at scale, strengthening organisational problem-solving,
  • Zanele Njapha (“The UnLearning Lady”), founder & CEO of The UnLearners, Forbes contributor, and faculty at Duke Corporate Education; Njapha brings practical frameworks for building cultures where people are energised about learning, unlearning, and relearning,
  • Stephanie Boustany, lead for the Global Knowledge Index at the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), will share this comprehensive tool for assessing and advancing knowledge-driven societies, in service of a world where knowledge fuels sustainable development and inclusive growth.

The 2026 agenda reflects a belief that progress depends on diversity of thought and listening across boundaries, disciplines, and lived experience.

Knowledge Summit invites decision-makers and practitioners to join a peer community built for real knowledge exchange, not being talked at.
