Medical firm The Well has chosen human resources management software from Intelligo Software to take care of its HR function. HR manager Grainne Hanly said The Well chose VIP HR Manager after studying HR providers in the Irish market. “It allows us, as a fast growing company with four business units, to manage staffing needs while also gaining easy access to statistics and growth levels,” said Hanly.
She said the system met the firm’s needs “because the software is easy to use and can be tailored to meet our business needs, and because the customer service helpdesk has matched all our expectations.”
Hanly said cost was also an important deciding factor. “VIP HR Manager was inexpensive and has certainly met our HR needs to date.”
The Well was set up to provide innovative and accessible health care services in local communities, providing patients with more options for treatment and potentially easing the load on hospitals.
