  The latest ISA TechBrew event will be covering the topic: When Your Plan or Market is not Big Enough, Reinvent and Grow

  Speakers on the night include:

  •Brian Caulfield, entrepreneur and venture capitalist, Brian is a Partner at DFJ Esprit, the leading European venture capital firm, and is based in Dublin, Ireland.

  •Brendan O’Sullivan, chief executive of MindLeaders ThirdForce. In 2001, he took over the helm of a public technology company (listed on London and Dublin stock markets) and re-invented it, as ThirdForce Plc, into a leading e-learning company with offices in the UK, USA, Ireland and Australia.

  •Pat Lynch, Director and former CEO of both “Compliance & Risks” and “Inhance Technology (formerly You Get It Back)”. In the one year when “Compliance and Risks” and “You Get it Back” both featured in Ireland’s Deloitte Fast 50, Pat Lynch was the CEO of both companies.

  From the Irish Software Association Digital Technology Index; almost 70% of Irish companies are less than €1M p.a. turnover, almost 38% have 10 employees or less and almost  87% have 50 employees or less.

  • Many companies remain at a particular size and limits in their current products, markets and revenues prevent them from scaling
  • Many companies don’t remain below €1M revenue or 10 employees – while their original plans may have stated otherwise
